This is a bug that only effects the Telvanni guards in original Morrowind. No, they do not wear any armor at all and walk around in just pants. I have a bug where the original Telvanni guards in morrowind appear without any armor at all. The only thing I can thing of that might have caused this is “Telvanni Cephalopod Armor” and the related guard armor replacer. They appear as the yellow error, all of them – not a specific part of the armor or such. I thing I somehow messed up some of my textures regarding the TR Telvanni guards.
